Opening the State Change Timeline report for a device with an Active Script Active Monitor causes error "Failed to load viewstate" OR " Failed to initialize translation object "

In the Whats Up Web console, opening the State Change Timeline Report for a device causes a "Failed to load viewstate" OR " Failed to initialize translation object " application error. Other issues that might be observed is that the page control for the report is broken ( blank page count, zeros in number of results, etc.) or the page count / row count doesn't match the actual displayed rows.
