Unfortunately, I'm not so fond of the format.
It is formatted as a commercial page that contains links to the actual resources.
The commercial formatting focusses on "nice" layout instead of on the actual issues.
It is a good starting point, but I'd prefer a technical white paper layout with more actual content directly in the document.
