Is it possible to see (as we had in the previous version (5.5)) what has been replicated the last n seconds?

I think what you are referring to in v5 is the [monitor] tab and the query that shows the top of the ReplQueue.
This can be found in the v6 WebUI, but it is under the [Total Threads] watch box. If you view details it shows all threads.
If a thread has ReplQueue activity you will see a carrot ">" to left of it. Click the carrot and you will see the top ReplQueue waiting to process.
This also works for CDC thread activity.
