installation WS_FTP_Server-2025.0.2 does not work

Hello,

 

I just installed WS_FTP_Server-2025.0.2 but it doesn't work.

the services progress scheduler , ws_ftp server and progress ssh server not start.

postgreSQL 17 is installed and works.

I contacted support, but they haven't resolved my problem yet.

    @Vincent DECHAPPE (Customer)​  Hi Vincent, I would be grateful if this issue is dealt by Technical Support because recently we have few used cases facing the same issues and we do have some workaround steps to remediate the problem.

    Shall also appreciate if you can share the case number here so that i may follow up at the backend and assist to render a quick solution.
