Hello we've set up email alerts whenever a device is down or memory/HD/CPU reaches a certain threshold/etc and it contacted the correct group.
We tried updating the email address and it seemed to take but it still emails the old group. Are we missing something?
Did you update the address in the email notification assigned to the notification policy which is assigned to the threshold?
Along the same line as what Mike asked above, a lot of admins think that updating the "Default Email" also updates any Email Actions but it does not. It is only used to pre-populate any new Email Actions or Scheduled Report Emails.
