Users not getting mail notifications when sending a file to themselves
Some of my MoveIT transfer users would like to cc themselves on file send actions, to create an audit trail of the activity that they can save in their mail client. However, when sending a file to themselves, we note that we don't get an email alert that there's a package waiting. Package alerts for all other situations are working perfectly, so I know it's not an SMTP issue; is there a setting I'm missing somewhere in MoveIT that prevents or allows alerts when sending a file to yourself?
